Robert C. Fulp

Chief Executive Officer & Board Member


Rob is a well-known banking professional, having worked his entire banking career in the Springfield area. He is deeply involved in our local community, serving as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of Finance for Cox Health Systems, and as Trustee of the Board of Directors for Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.  Rob is also very active with his alma mater, serving on the Missouri State University Foundation Executive Board and the College of Business Executive Advisory Board.  Additionally, Rob serves on the Board of Directors for the Springfield-Branson National Airport Board.  In 2016, he was a recipient of the Missourian Award, an honor given to him for his outstanding contributions to the State of Missouri in the fields of civics and business. Rob was honored in 2018 with the Golden Bear Award from Missouri State University for his dedicated work to the College of Business and was also selected as a member of the Biz 100 Most Powerful and Influential Business Leaders in Springfield.

Monte oversees the Commercial and Residential Lending departments, while also working with business owners to assist them with their lending needs.  In addition to his day-to-day activities at the bank, Monte also serves on the Board of Directors for SFC.  He is very active in our community, currently serving as a board member for Lost & Found and Hickory Hills Country Club.  His past community involvement includes activity on several community boards, such as Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Discovery Center of the Ozarks, and the Missouri State University Swimming Booster Club.

Becky Scorse

Becky has been a commercial lender in the Springfield market for 19 years.  She graduated from Missouri Southern State College with a B.S. in Economics and Finance. She has served as a Commissioner for the Housing Authority of Springfield.  She has been involved with United Way of the Ozarks, American Cancer Society Relay for Life and the State of Missouri Blue Ribbon Panel for MHDC Tax Credit review. Becky is a volunteer for the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.

Luke Fraser

Senior Vice President Commercial Loans


Luke has been a commercial banking professional in the Springfield area for over 10 years. He works with business owners in financing their commercial real estate and working capital needs.  Luke graduated from Missouri State University with a BS in Finance and an MBA. He is currently a board member and serves on the Resource Development and Land Acquisition Committees for Habitat for Humanity. He is active in Sunrise Rotary, where he has served as a board member, Treasurer, and Committee Chair for the Membership Development Committee.  In addition, Luke recently joined the Paisley Collins Memorial Foundation as a committee member.  He is a member of The Network for Young Professionals and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class XXVII.

Adam O'Sullivan

Senior Vice President Commercial Loans


Adam has more than 13 years of commercial banking experience, with the majority of his career spent focused on the development of commercial and multifamily residential real estate assets.  He specializes in developments which utilize various governmental subsidies, including housing and historic tax credits, while pairing both debt and equity financing options.  As a result of his expertise with these types of developments, Adam has advocated for the expansion of safe affordable housing options for low to moderate income families through various advocacy groups at local and regional levels.  Adam has a BS from Pittsburg State University and an MBA from Missouri State University.

Heather Ramsey

Senior Vice President - Private Banking


Heather oversees Private Banking services for the bank.  She has more than 25 years of banking experience, including private banking, commercial and consumer lending, as well as retail management.  Heather currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Springfield Southeast Endowment, Inc., and the City Utilities Citizens' Advisory Council.  She was named one of Springfield Business Journal's, "Most Influential Women" in 2012, an SBJ "40 Under 40" honoree in 2004, and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class XV.

Brandon has been in banking for 17 years.  He is a commercial lender who works with small business owners and professionals to assist them with their lending and personal banking needs.  He graduated from Missouri State University.  Brandon’s community involvement includes Ducks Unlimited, Springfield Area Baseball Association Treasurer and he is a Missouri State University Baseball Alumni.

Joe Driscoll

Vice President Commercial Loans


Joe has been a commercial banker in the Springfield area for nearly ten years.  Driscoll has worked with a wide range of customers - from manufacturers, distributors, and commercial real estate investors, to farming and agribusiness clients.  Joe graduated from Missouri State University with a BS in Finance and Economics, and also holds an MBA.  He serves as an adjunct professor for Drury University and Missouri State University - West Plains, Treasurer for Rotary Club of Springfield, and is also a board member for Community Alternative Sentencing Program (CASP).  A graduate of Leadership Springfield Class XXX, Joe is also an active member in his church, among other civic activities.

Jonathan Fulp

Assistant Vice President Commercial Loans


Jon has two years of banking experience, after recently receiving an MBA from Missouri State University.  Prior to that, Jon received his BS in Finance from Drury University, while also playing on the men's golf team. He currently serves on the Campus Ambassador Work Crew Program through The Network, the Board of Directors for RIDE417, the Young Advocates Council for the Child Advocacy Center, and is also a member of the Springfield Roteract Club.
